RESET CTID PASSWORD

In case if you forgot your current cTID password, you can reset it. In the password box of the Login form click Forgot?.

You will proceed to the password reset screen. Enter your email address used to create your Bluedot ID, check the reCAPTCHA and click Reset Password.

Check your email inbox for the Request to reset your Bluedot ID password message.

Click Confirm Password Reset in the message.

You will be suggested to set a new password. Enter and confirm your new passport and click Set Password.

You will receive an email that Your Bluedot ID password was changed.

Note

Sometimes the reset password email can be blocked by your spam filter. Please check your Spam folder if you do not see it.

If you are trying to reset your Bluedot ID password on the weekend your new password may be delayed because of disruption caused by the maintenance.
